PO120 EDI orders
I want to be able to run a multistep job that will create and release POs, create EDI orders and then transmit all these POS at once to GHX. Does anybody know if this is possible or do I need to schedule a PO120 and an ED501 for each vendor? Read More...

TM Data Maintenance Utilities Scheduling
Does your organization schedule any of the following utilities that are delivered in TM within Administrator>Utilities>Data Maintenance?
  • Rebuild Manager Employee Data
  • Generate Manager Org Chart Records
  • Rebuild Organization Unit Work Assignment Records
If so, what is the frequency of the scheduling? Are there other data maintenance utilities that you run on a consistent basis? We have encountered issues with inconsistent info displaying on the Organizational Charts as well as the Manager My Staff list and are trying to determine if these utilities will address data inconsistencies with Work Assignment records. Read More...
Tuition Reimbursement
Wondering if someone has used the basic Lawson product (S3 and yes, we are upgrading) - without customization - for a tuition reimbursement plan? I would like to be able to put in the annual amount the individual employee is approved for (budget) and then track reimbursements as they are made. Ideally, I would be able to project this into the future. For example - I apply for tuition reimbursement and am approved for $3,000 each year for 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. I know deductions can be treated as add to net, so there are possibilities there. I appreciate the sharing of any successful plans even if not exactly what I have described. Thanks. Read More...
