Service Contract Process
Might you share the process to issue a Service Contract to a vendor? Do orders originate in Requisition Center and if so, can you describe the hand off from the Contract Manager to the end user department? When the PO20 is issued to the vendor, is the countersigned contract attached to the PO20 or does the countersigned contract get to the vendor in another way? Do you have a mechanism to include attachments to a Purchase Order? Read More
Recovering an S3 Job With IPA

Best Practices for Storing Customer Account Numbers
We currently store our vendor's customer's numbers in our purchase forms via AP10.2/PO10.2 but encountering issues where the PO is splitting if the purchase from differs on a rec with multiple lines. We are storing that account information for the buyers in our organization, but wondering if there is a better way to store the numbers within Infor. Font size on reports
We're migrating from AIX (Lawson v10.1.0.27.1853) to Windows (Lawson v10.1.0.32.2039) and the report output, specifically PO134 and WH130, does not look right. Courier 7 is the only size that fits without running off the page but it's so hard to read and the line spacing and left margin is different. Any suggestions on how to increase readability without data running off the page?
