LP01 hiding a PTO plan from the list

is there a way to hide a specific PTO plan from LP01 plan list? I believe the field is called TAP-PLAN. I was trying to build a security rule on this field in a custom class but I think this will block access to the field itself. Read More

GLTrans - PO Line/MAInvdtl

We have an existing tabular model for finance account distributions that I am editing. It is a query using Lawson Infor data that is currently showing the distribution amount rolled up to the PO level. We have been asked to add quantity from the PO Line/MAINVDTL level, and we are incorporating that as well as the MMDIST table. We have different invoice handling types such as SERV and MAT. For SERV type, the MMDIST table isn't necessarily used, but I have not been able to find a way to get from GL Trans to APDist to MAINVCDTL/POLINE without duplicating the GL Trans Object ID. Does anyone have experience doing something like this? Read More

Quick User Access report

Looking for a good way to see who has access Lawson Portal in the last x days. Nothing fancy, just date and user identifier. Ideally, would also have last Lawson form accessed.

My guesses where the data might be:

A: database table?

B: Websphere (web) server logs

C: Timestates

Also I would ideally like the list outside/without LSF up and running. If we're diagnosing a problem, LSF may not be available. Read More
