Single Sign-On & Multiple Requesters
We're looking to implement Lawson single-sign-on. This means moving from LAUA to LSF security and consolidating logins.  Currently everyone has a base login that matches their network login.  If they're a requester they also have networkID-rss.  If they request for multiple companies or need multiple requester codes in any way, they have multiple IDs (networkID1-rss, networkID2-rss, etc.).  Obviously there are problems when consolidating logins since a user can only be attached to one requester code.  Read More...

Interfacing new Employees into Lawson
We're going to be implementing an Applicant Tracking system and will need to interface data for applicants that are selected for hire into Lawson. I've not used HR511 since we went live on Lawson - does anyone know if HR511 provisions the employee in Lawson to the same extent that HR11 does or is there extra work to be done? I'd also like to hear if anyone knows of another program or data format (supported by Lawson of course) that could be used (XML, etc.)  Read More...
Logout screen missing user and password fields
When users log out of Portal v9.0.1, they are now presented with a screen saying, "You have been logged out" . Yes obviously they have!!  There is NO log in and password field which user can enter the id and password.  Read More...
