We would like to upload stipend type of AP invoices. We want to give them the same invoice number (like XXX Stipend) and use the One Time Vendor flag so it will create vendor numbers. Has anyone done this?  Read More...
Best Practice for processing Capital PO's
Currently, our buyer for Capital PO's is being directed to place $1.00 in the Unit Cost field and place the actual Unit Cost dollar amount in the Quanitity field on the PO20 form. This was explained to me that this allows the managers of the particular capital budget for a project to be able to approve (match and pay) the invoice. It is designed to give the managers the control they seek over what gets paid against their capital budget balance.  Read More...

We are in process of implementing the new Lawson security. As part of implementation we used fast track security class. How do we lock out the HR department during the payroll process. We'd like to change the HR security to View only mode. Any suggestions? Read More...
