Comments in RQC
Is anyone aware of a quick reference guide for using comments in RQC? Looking for information to use for instructing our users on which comments to use, how they work and where they display. I've been able to find and test most of the comments but I am having trouble finding any information on the header and line comments that are "display only". I see these on RQ10 but not when printing the req from RQC. Also do not see them on POs. Is there any guide as to where these do and do not show? Read more
Effective date change during User Action
We have email notifications set up on all our hr type actions in LTM (TransferHr, HireApproval, etc). Our HRAdmin often makes a change to the effective date within the UserAction. I have found that if I cannot put an item on HOLD, I need to look in PO23 and IC66 for that item.. Read more
LBI Tools Tab Reporting My Reports
We have tried creating new lists maintaining existing lists and have not been successful in allowing both of us access to all the reports. I have access to all of my reports and all reports for any prior LBI administrators including Lawson but cannot see the reports she has published to LBI. The new LBI administrator can see some of my reports and all of her reports but there are gaps. Our IT department and Lawson support can't seem to figure this out either but it causes some time consuming inconveniences while trying to support our users. Read more
