Generate Item Number
Our organization has ran into issues with Item Numbers being reused in the past. This primarily occurs when a prior Item Number is no longer active and a new item is assigned to the number. The idea has been brought up that we should only allow for an Item Number to be used one time and once it is used, the number will no longer be used. Has anyone else implemented this idea? Is there a configuration that allows for the Item Number to be generated? Read more
Non-Employee Tracking
We are looking for other client's experience in tracking (non-paid) non-employees in GHR, particularly when they might overlap. We have students and volunteers groups, some of which are also employees. Has anyone implemented a solution that works, or doesn't work and we can learn from it? Any information or solutions would be greatly appreciated, thank you! Read more

Life Plan Override
We are looking to do a carve out to our Life plans, capping the max coverage at $50k. I've tested and was able to successfully create a new employee group to add to the Life plan with the coverage needed; however, there is only one person that would fall into this new coverage category. Is there any way to override the max coverage on BN32 or any other alternative option that anyone has to offer? Read more
Managing Contracts
Just wondering what everyone uses to manage their contracts from a supply contract to a service contract to a physician contract. We have Contract Management which is where the majority of our contracts reside including all three types listed previously, but there are still quite a few supply contracts left in PO25 that our contracts team has been working to move to CM. I would like to know if there is another system that interfaces with Lawson that anyone uses or just your general thoughts on managing contracts and what works for you when it comes to the data entry/maintenance - not so much negotiating. Thanks! Read more
