IC / GL Discrepancies
My Finance dept. sent me a GL241 report showing that Inventory items are being issued to different accounts in some Accounts (departments). So, I checked IC11 and the issuing account is correct. Then I checked IC12 and GL category is correct and looked at IC04.1 and Issue Account matches. Is there anywhere else I need to check to ensure my stock items are going to the correct issue account? Any help would be great. Read More

Terminating a flow after a certain amount of time
We have a flow that looks for a file and then does various things to it. We need to figure out a way to stop the flow/work unit created if it is unsuccessful after 4 days. Is there a way to do this in either the flow or the schedule? I haven't been able to find something that will work. Thanks for your help! Read More
User Provisioning Automation: ISS Scheduled Sync?
I am working on automating our User Provisioning process. I have an IPA that creates the actor, assigns the roles, creates the SSOP identity, adds the SSOP Identity to the Actor, Links the Actor to the Employee/Candidate Agents, and Creates the Actor Contexts/UserProfile in Landmark. Once this is done the SSOP is created in Landmark, but the user can't access the system. It isn't until I run the ISS sync and that SSOP identity is pushed to ISS that the user has access. What are my options here? Read More
Lump Sum Payments
Does anyone issue lump sum payments to employees who are over their maximum pay range in lieu of a salary increase which would push them even more above their max pay range? If you do, do you have anything on the employee record indicating that they received a lump sum payment? Salary changes are a personnel action, so you can see when they were issued with the effective date. Lump sum payments were uploaded via add-ins by payroll, so we can't immediately tell if someone received a lump sum. We'd have to look back at their checks or refer to the spreadsheet. Read More
